Kuressaare is known for it's location, safeness and beautiful streets. City centre has kept it's look from the time it was called "pearl of the Livonia's small cities". Thousands of people find their way to one of the most popular tourism centre in Estonia. Best known tourist attraction is our bishop's castle, that was built in 13th century. Castle is surrounded by park that is right across the street from the main venue of the festival.

How to get to Kuressaare?

After arriving to Estonia, there are 3 options: 

plane, car or bus.

*The fastest option for getting to Kuressaare from Tallinn is plane. Straight from Tallinn Airport to Kuressaare Airport. From there you can take a taxi. Find your plane tickets here: www.airlink.ee

*From Tallinn, it takes about 4h with car and from Pärnu 3h. Keep in mind, that it is good to book your ferry tickets in advance at www.praamid.ee and remember that when you are coming, it is Virtsu-Kuivastu!

*Coming with bus is probably the easiest - you choose your route, sit on a bus and even have a small coffee break on our new ferry. So you only have to worry about getting a bus ticket and that already includes ferry ride.
